Position Summary:
The Global VIP Team at Kith is seeking a passionate candidate to support all gifting and events initiatives. The VIP Marketing Assistant will support the department lead in managing seeding programs, one-off VIP requests, event guest lists, and gifting inventory — while gaining unique exposure to Kith's talent strategy and high-profile brand moments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
Track, inventory, organize archival seeding units and manage storage and organisation of all gifting inventory.
Fulfill gifting and seeding orders for VIP and talent requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Monitor, record, and track Kith gifting placements across talent, press, and VIP recipients.
Build comprehensive recap decks including KPIs, social media placements, and imagery to document and measure each seeding initiative.
Maintain and update the VIP database with accurate recipient information, collection preferences, and gifting history, handling all records with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Research and identify brand-aligned talent, creatives, and cultural figures for gifting consideration and event attendance.
Manage RSVP tracking and communications for events with 500+ invitees.
Assist with on-site check-in and guest management at local New York City events.
Special Projects / Tasks
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seeding timelines and deliverables are met.
Draft personalised text message and email communications for VIP guests, including gift tracking updates, travel details, and event information.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
0-1 year of experience in VIP, PR, or Marketing
B.A. related to Fashion, Marketing, PR, or Communications
Sample trafficking and product tracking
Logistical coordination
Seeding/ gifting and event experience is a bonus
Skills
G-Suite (G-Mail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
Canva or Figma
Ability to complete several tasks on-time that are all considered high priority
Flexibility and willingness to work over time
Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, in fast-paced environment
Self-led use of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to operate with strong sense of ethics, in work and personal relationships
Ability to lift a 30lb box
