Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in a relevant functional or cross-functional business area.
• We require a bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field; alternatively, 10+ years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• We need strong expertise in project management, process improvement methods such as Six Sigma, and leadership.
• We expect proficiency with tools such as MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA.
• We require a current, active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.

• We analyze and consolidate information from multiple sources to prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• We lead large-scale process design and re-engineering efforts, using performance measures and data to monitor effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• We develop and review strategic guidance, policies, and performance assessments to keep initiatives aligned with agency objectives.
• We serve as the primary action officer for complex initiatives, managing resources, integrated master schedules, and test plan execution end to end.
• We provide expert guidance in Records and Information Management, IT and cybersecurity strategy, enterprise architecture, and risk management.
• We direct IT audit work and FISMA compliance reviews, including evidence gathering, issue tracking, and formal response coordination.
• We support Continuity of Operations and Business Continuity Planning programs to strengthen organizational resilience.
• We coordinate high-level engagements across the IC and DoD, build consensus on strategic needs, and mentor teams to encourage continuous improvement.
